An exceptionally comfortable bed and an impeccably clean and huge room overall. Welcoming staff, always with a smile. Nice pool, parking on-site. Not to mention free wifi! Gorgeous location away from centre of Old Town, great breakfast. Based near to the taxi.

We had a great stay and can just recommend it to family. The hotel was fairly clean and beautiful, had delightful views of the nature. The location was great and stunning, away from centre of Old Town, convenient to go everywhere. It was also next to a nice area away from all the noise of Hoi An, and both beach. The whole staff was really kind and nice. Helpful service was provided.

Well, it was a really good stay by three additional nights. The stuff was ready to assist, exceptional people. The location was absolutely perfect, at a walking distance from Tra Que Vegetable Village.

Do recommend this hotel, and would like to stay longer if and when I visit Hoi An. Fairly clean and wonderful place, has beautiful views of the nature. The staff are excellent, the rooms are modern and gorgeous. A traditional restaurant serves amazing food.

our stay at hoi an was amazing, but staying at osaka boutique villa made it even better. the staff treated us like family, upgrading our room for free and providing the most comfortable pillows. the views and facilities were outstanding, and the breakfast was beyond delicious.

No tea or coffee provided in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at Osaka Boutique Villa. The spacious rooms offered beautiful views of the rice paddies and the peaceful location allowed us to experience Vietnamese rural life. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The staff, although their English was limited, tried their best to assist us. we enjoyed a great break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were a few minor issues, like the limited food choices and the occasional unpleasant bathroom smell. However, considering the affordable price and the adequate amenities and cleanliness, these drawbacks were manageable.
